Postage Policy

Thank you for choosing My Greatest Gig – the original replica setlist store. We're committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently.


UK Postage

FREE Tracked Delivery on All UK Orders!

Dispatch Times:

  • Orders placed before 8am (GMT) are dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

  • Orders placed after 8am (GMT) will be dispatched the next morning (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Shipping Method:

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.

  • Upgraded options (such as Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm) are available at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Orders can be tracked via the Royal Mail tracking system.

Packaging:

  • All prints are hand-packaged in-house with care—and we often include a little surprise!

  • A3 posters are shipped rolled in high-quality cardboard tubes.

  • A4 prints and A5 greeting cards are sent in double board-backed envelopes for maximum protection.


International Shipping

Due to the ongoing impact of Brexit and other global challenges, it is currently not feasible for small businesses like ours to ship overseas.
The increase in red tape, customs delays, and rising costs has made international delivery unsustainable for the time being.

We’ll review this regularly, and we hope to resume international shipping in the future.


Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window.

If you'd like to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of your order date.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received.

  • Once returned, we will process your refund promptly.

  • Refunds do not include the original postage cost, proof of which can be provided upon request.

In Case of Damage:

  • In the rare event your print arrives damaged (due to postal mishandling), please get in touch with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement immediately—no hassle.
